WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CDP APPLICATION IS DENIED |
How to Appeal If you are deemed ineligible to obtain certification as a CDP and you wish to appeal, please send an email to: ICCDP You must email a typed letter that includes: Your name, address, phone number and email address, reason for ICCDP denial and why you are appealing the decision. The ICCDP Executive Appeal will reach a decision after reviewing you’re application. All decisions reached by the Executive Appeal are final. Please allow 6 weeks to process. Your money will be refunded if you are denied your certification. If you have signed up for a phone conference, once payment is received there is no refund. REFUND POLICY |
If your account is deleted because you did not complete the course with in 30 days of the approval letter, there is no refund. If your application is denied, you are issued a full refund within 7 days of the denial letter.
